Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of post2post ("the service"), a social-media scheduling and publishing tool operated by Shmulik Shachar, SHAHAR AI PRODUCTIONS, Israel. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. What the service does
post2post lets you connect your own social-media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business Profile), upload content, and publish it immediately or at a time you schedule.
2. Your account and content
- You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant post2post only the limited permission needed to store your content temporarily and publish it to the accounts you select.
- You are responsible for your content and for making sure it complies with the law and with each platform's rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Terms and Pinterest Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use post2post to post spam, to publish content that infringes someone else's rights, to impersonate others, or to try to get around any platform's limits or rules.
4. Third-party platforms
post2post depends on the APIs of third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes they make, or for their decisions about your content or account. You can revoke post2post's access to any platform at any time.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but provide it "as is", without warranties. A scheduled post may fail or be delayed, for example if a platform rejects it or is unavailable; the dashboard shows the status of every post.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SHAHAR AI PRODUCTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service.
7. Ending use
You can stop using post2post and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
